Degreaser

Effectively removes cutting oils and residual wax from aluminum-alloy workpieces, eliminates surface burrs, and provides a certain degree of low-temperature polishing. It delivers excellent performance in degreasing architectural aluminum profiles, dewaxing industrial materials, and degreasing mechanically polished parts. The process significantly reduces production costs and offers the following features:

1. Low Investment: Uses a standard PVC tank; works with tap water; operates at room temperature.
2. High Effectiveness: Completely removes oil, wax, and polishing paste while enhancing metallic gloss, providing a noticeable polishing effect.
3. Low Cost: Can replace traditional 3-in-1 tanks and is suitable for producing matte-finish materials at a cost lower than standard alkaline-etching processes.
4. Easy Maintenance: Only 5 kg of additive is needed per ton of processed materials. The bath solution is stable and requires no frequent adjustment.

Material Versatility: Suitable for both pure aluminum alloys and mixed aluminum alloys. It is especially effective in eliminating the white-spot phenomenon commonly found in processing mixed aluminum alloys.

Alkaline Etching Additive

Formulated with a combination of complexing agents, corrosion inhibitors, brightness regulators, cleaning agents, and surfactants. Compared with traditional alkaline etching agents, it offers the following advantages:

1. Formulated with consideration for extended bath longevity and improved leveling of aluminum surface pressure marks. Suitable for producing both bright-finish and matte-finish materials.
2. Can complex aluminum ions up to 140 g/L without precipitation.
3. Utilizes optimized surfactants and corrosion inhibitors, allowing aluminum profiles to drain easily upon exiting the alkaline etching bath and producing a finer, more uniform matte texture.
4. The bath operation is simple to manage, with low aluminum consumption, making maintenance and control convenient.

All metallic dye products comply with RoHS testing requirements.

Room-Temperature / High-Temperature Sealing Agent

This product is a light-green powdered solid, formulated from Ni-F compounds, fluorine-containing polymers, accelerators, stabilizers, penetrants, anti-dust agents, cobalt salts, dispersants, and surfactants. Compared with traditional sealing agents, it offers the following advantages:

1. Excellent resistance to interference from dye ions.
2. Bath composition is easy to manage, and the process parameters have a wide operating window. Variations in previous processing steps have minimal impact on sealing performance.
3. Carefully balanced components with suitable surfactants effectively prevent common sealing defects such as powdery deposits (“white smut”).
4. The aluminum profile shows enhanced surface gloss after sealing.
