A plate heat exchanger transfers heat between two liquids through metal plates. Compared with traditional heat exchangers, its greatest advantage lies in providing a much larger heat-transfer surface area, as the fluid is distributed across multiple plates. This greatly enhances heat-transfer efficiency and significantly accelerates temperature changes.

Worldclean integrates the advantages of advanced international heat-transfer plate technologies. Using CAD/CAM systems and realistic hot- and cold-fluid dynamics simulations, we designed heat-transfer plates with excellent thermal performance and superior flow characteristics.

To fundamentally solve the common issues of gasket detachment and short service life in typical plate heat exchangers, we use imported adhesive from 3M (USA) for gasket bonding. Combined with a high-temperature curing process, the plates and gaskets are pre-clamped and then oven-dried at a constant 160°C for 8 hours. This results in extremely firm adhesion—gaskets remain intact even after many years of operation and multiple disassembly cycles.Non-adhesive gaskets are also available to meet different application requirements.

Our roll-forming mold design ensures uniform stretching, high forming precision, better corrosion resistance, and higher assembly quality.
Through precise calculations, we provide accurate equipment selection under various operating conditions, including complete parameter verification tables. Equipment size and model are determined according to actual operating pressure requirements.
