Titanium Alloy Anodizing Equipment

Titanium anodizing can create a wide range of colors—such as brown, blue, silver, yellow, purple, and green—without any dyeing process. It is often used in art, cosmetics, wedding rings, or medical applications. The different colors result from variations in the anodizing film thickness (which depends on the applied voltage during anodizing). Larger workpieces simply require longer anodizing time.

To perform titanium anodizing, an electrolyte must be placed in a non-conductive tank. The workpiece serves as the anode, and the cathode is typically also made of titanium. A suitable rectifier is used, and proper solution circulation is essential to prevent overheating and burning of the parts.
